What is the purpose and legal basis for Aqua-Trend’s processing of your personal data?

We process your personal data on the basis of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 12, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal and revocation of Directive 95/46//EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU.L No. 119, p.1)( also called “RODO”)

We process your data because it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you, including:

– enable the provision of the service electronically and the full use of Aqua-Trend, including transactions and payments;
– to set up and manage your account or accounts, and to provide support for your account, transactions and resolve technical problems;
– processing orders under the purchase-sale agreement;
– handling complaints in the event that you make such a complaint;
– handling requests that you direct to us (e.g., via a contact form);
– contacting you, including for purposes related to the provision of services.

What rights do you have against Aqua-Trend with respect to the processed data?
– We guarantee the fulfillment of all your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. the right of access, rectification and deletion of your data, limitation of their processing, right to their portability, not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, as well as the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

You can exercise these rights when:
– with regard to a request for rectification of data: you notice that your data is incorrect or incomplete;
– with regard to a request for deletion of data: Your data will no longer be necessary for the purposes for which they were collected by Aqua-Trend Pawlowski Lukasz ; you revoke your consent to the

– your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, including being profiled for that purpose.

Who do we share your personal data with?
– We share your personal data with a transportation company and entities that support us in providing electronic services, i.e. those that provide payment services, credit services, insurance services, perform consulting or auditing services.

How long do we keep your personal information?
We keep your personal data for the duration of the contract concluded with you,
as well as after its termination for the purposes of:
– asserting claims in connection with the performance of the contract,
– Performing obligations under the law, including tax and accounting in particular,
– prevention of fraud and abuse,
– statistical and archiving purposes,

We store your personal data for marketing purposes for the duration of the contract or until you object to such processing, whichever occurs first.

For the organization of loyalty programs, contests and promotional campaigns in which you may participate – we will process your data for their duration and the period of accounting for the presentation of prizes.

For the purpose of accountability, i.e. proving compliance with the regulations on the processing of personal data, we will keep the data for the period in which Aqua-Trend is obliged to retain the data or documents containing them for the purpose of documenting compliance with legal requirements and allowing public authorities to control their compliance.

If we provide you with support in obtaining a loan, the period for which we will store your data for this purpose will be equal to the period for which you are applying for the loan.

Do we transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?
– Your personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area to Google LLC based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission.

Do we process your personal data automatically (including through profiling) in a way that affects your rights?
– Your personal data will be processed in an automated manner (including through profiling), but this will not have any legal effect on you or similarly materially affect you.
